The humble swede often gets forgotten in the great scheme of vegetable production, however it is a staple of great stew and soup recipes.

To ensure that consumers and processors have ready availability of UK crop year round,  We grow a bespoke crop of early Swede, ensuring that there is a seamless transition between stored UK crop and fresh new season UK crop.  We harvest and transport our crops to Berwickshire on the Scottish borders to be packed by RK Drysdale. 

This may seem to be a long route to market, but it ensures that Suffolk grown crops reach all areas of the UK and Keeps costly imported crops out of the supply chain.
